Ingredients
•Pine resin – forest breath, vitality, purification
•Oak leaves – ancient wisdom, grounding, the forest’s heart
•Myrrh resin – earthy anchor, depth, sacred stillness
•Cedarwood chips or oil – protection, structure, the tree guardians
•Amanita (finely ground, dried) – the spirit of fungi; connection, dreamwork, and the liminal world beneath
•Mugwort – spirit-bridge, seer’s herb, deepens the trance aspect
•Vetiver oil – humus, soil, grounding
